Once your order has been placed and paid, we can't change the delivery method.
Bash Delivery: we'll attempt delivery three times. If we can't reach you after the third attempt, we'll return the parcel and refund you once it's back at our fulfilment centre.
RAM, M24 and City Logistics: we can't change the delivery method for orders on these couriers either. We're working on improving this and will let you know when it changes.
