I don’t have a physical card, where is my CVV?

Customers who activated their TFG Money card on Bash and received a digital card in their Wallet at that time did not receive a physical card. These customers will receive an SMS containing their CVV when they checkout using their TFG Money account card on Bash.


The SMS is sent to the phone number associated with your TFG Money account. It can take up to 5 minutes to arrive.


If you still haven't received the SMS after 5 minutes, you might need to check your contact details. You can do this by contacting the TFG Customer Service Team at 0860 834 834.

Please note that we only send the OTP to South African numbers.
