How do I know what size will fit me?

How do I use the size guide?

Select “View size guide” on an apparel product page to see measurements that can help you choose the right size.

What is Fit Finder and how do I use it?

Fit Finder, powered by Fit Analytics, gives a personalised size recommendation based on the details you provide. It is available on supported products on the Bash website and app, whether you are logged in or out.

1. Open a supported product and select “Find your size” above the size selector, beside the Fit Finder logo.
2. Enter your height and weight. You can switch between cm/kg and inches/lbs.
3. Answer the questions shown. These vary by product and may include your age, body shape and fit preference. You may also have the option to add a brand and size you already wear.
4. Review your recommendation and select your size. You can always choose a different size yourself.

Your details can be reused on other supported products while you shop. Different product types may ask a few extra questions.

Why can’t I see Fit Finder?

Fit Finder is available on selected products in women’s, men’s and unisex tops, bottoms and shoes, and kids’ tops and shoes. It is not available on underwear, swimwear, accessories, kids’ bottoms, baby items and some suiting jackets. Availability depends on the individual product.

You can still choose your size normally and use the size guide where available. If you think there is a technical problem, contact Bash Support with the product link and a screenshot of what you see.

What if my recommended size is unavailable or there isn’t a good match?

If your recommended size is out of stock, Fit Finder may show an alternative. If it cannot find a confident match, it may show the closest sizes with low confidence rather than a clear recommendation. You can continue shopping or choose your own size. A recommendation is guidance, not a guarantee of fit.

How do I change my details or shop for someone else?

Open the menu at the top right of Fit Finder. Select “Your Details” to edit your information, or use the profiles option to add or switch profiles for someone else. Under “Settings”, you can turn automatic recommendations on or off, or select “Clear all data” to clear the details entered in the tool.

What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?

Check the applicable returns policy and eligibility for your item. You can log a return here. Items being collected by courier cannot be exchanged.

Where can I find privacy information?

Select the “Privacy” link in Fit Finder to read the provider’s policy. You can also read the TFG Privacy Statement.
