I’ve got a replacement card. How do I replace my linked card on Bash?

Modified on Wed, 7 Oct at 4:12 PM

You can unlink your old TFG Money Card yourself on the Bash app or on bash.com and link your replacement card in the Bash app immediately.

On the Bash app

Log in to the Bash app. Go to Wallet, then tap View account on the TFG Money Card you want to unlink. Tap Edit at the top right of the screen, then tap Unlink Card.

On bash.com

Log in to bash.com. Click the face icon to go to your wallet, then click View account on the TFG Money Card you want to unlink. Click Edit at the top right of the screen, then click Unlink Card.

Unlinking removes the card from your wallet only. It does not close your TFG Money account, and your Bash order history stays on your profile.

Linking a new card

Your card is unlinked immediately, and you can link a new TFG Money Card in the Bash app right away using your ID number, new card number or account number. Before the new card is linked, you’ll be asked to verify it with your card’s CVV (for physical cards) and a one-time PIN (OTP) sent to your email or by SMS.
